Becoming a live-in auntie during a global pandemic flipped my world upside-down, and I figured I wasn't the only one who was feeling this way. To cope with the changes I started writing down ideas, feelings, and thoughts about managing the changes while still retaining a sense of self. Thus, Dope Auntie Life was born! In this space, I give flowers to the aunties by blood and the community of aunties responsible for raising future generations. I also give props and hear from those who still find time and space in their hearts to guide the "littles" in their lives. Long Live The Dope Auntie!
